Mike Moffit
Mike Moffit was born and raised in Manton, Michigan. He graduated from Manton High School in 1990 and went on to attend Ferris State University, where he studied at the College of Pharmacy. Mike graduated in 1997 and has since dedicated 27 years to practicing pharmacy.
In 2011, he purchased Bostick’s Drugstore, where he continues to serve his community. Outside of his professional life, Mike enjoys hunting, mowing his lawn, and spending quality time with his family. He is also committed to giving back to the community that has supported him throughout the years.

Since taking ownership of Maple Ridge Living Center in 2017, she has significantly transformed its operations, focusing on enhancing employee satisfaction and optimizing financial performance.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Sandra plays a pivotal role in managing the company’s finances, overseeing human resources, insurance, and payroll processes. Her keen attention to detail and forward-thinking approach have driven the organization towards greater efficiency and profitability. Under her guidance, the team has adopted innovative strategies that streamline operations and empower employees to thrive in their roles. Sandra works as an insurance agent during the day, where she applies her extensive knowledge and skills to help clients protect their assets and plan for the future. Her approachable demeanor and commitment to providing personalized served have earned her a loyal client base. She believes in educating her clients about heir options so they can make informed decisions that suit their individual needs.

Shelby has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Systems Administration from Ferris State University obtained in 2013. She started at Orchard Creek Senior Living & Healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant where she became passionate about patient care and improving the quality of life for those we serve. In her nearly 5 years at Orchard Creek, Shelby gained knowledge and experience in not only patient care, but Medicare billing, admissions, medical records and other various aspects that go into managing a successful Continuum of Care. Shelby then served as Residential Services Director at The Grand Traverse Pavilions, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Independent and Assisted Living, Adult Day Care and Overnight Respite Services from 2019 to 2024. This brought her to Maple Ridge, where she continues to exemplify only the best qualities as the Administrator of Maple Ridge Living Center of Manton.

Hello, my name is Nicole Smith, and I have been in the medical field for over 28 years, gaining experience in a variety of roles. I began my career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and later worked as a Physical Therapy Technician. My journey also led me into Marketing and Admissions, and I’m currently the Administrator at Maple Ridge Cadillac. I am truly passionate about working with the elderly, and I find great joy in learning about their life stories. Ensuring that they feel valued, respected, and treated like royalty is something I deeply care about.
In my downtime, my husband and I run a custom printing business. We travel all over, attending events throughout the year, and it’s been a fantastic way to blend creativity and entrepreneurship. I feel incredibly fortunate to have such a fulfilling career in both the medical field and business, and I’m excited about the impact I continue to make in both areas.
